New Years Blog Hop

Welcome to Team Stamp It Groups New Years / Winter Theme Blog Hop! Whether you hopped onto my Blog from one of my teammates or started with my blog, I'm awfully glad you "hopped" by.

As you can see from my card it is neither New Years or Winter theme, it is however one of the new bundles and coordinating designer series paper from the new January to June 2022 Mini Catalog and Sale-A-Bration Catalog.

This card was made using the soon to be released Daffodil Daydream Bundle.  The Mint Macaron card base is layered with a panel from the Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper(DSP).  This DSP will be available as a Sale-A-Bration FREE item with a $50 purchase.  I love the colors in this paper.

The Daffodil Delight and Crushed Curry cardstock along with the Daffodil Dies were used to make the daffodils.  When cutting out the detailed layer of the daffodils the Crushed Curry cardstock was adhered to a piece of Adhesive Sheet to make it easier and cleaner to adhere the detailed design onto the other part of the flower.  The flower stems were made using one of the sheets from the Beauty of the Earth DSP and was also cut using the Daffodil Dies.

The sentiment on the front of the card is from the Sweet as a Peach stamp set and has been stamped in Evening Evergreen ink onto a Mint Macaron label.  The Mint Macaron label is from the Ornate Dies, as is the Evening Evergreen filigree panel beneath the Mint Macaron panel.
The sentiment on the inside of the card is from the Sunny Sentiments stamp set and has been stamped in Mint Macaron ink onto a Basic White cardstock panel.  The Basic White cardstock panel has been embossed around the edges using the largest Stitched with Whimsy die.

The daffodils in the lower right hand corner are from the Daffodil Daydreams stamp set were stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink and have been colored using Light and Dark Daffodil Delight and Light and Dark Old Olive Stampin' Blends.

The envelope flap was decorated with a piece of the Daffodil Afternoon DSP.  The single daffodil on the left corner of the envelope is from the Daffodil Daydream stamp set.  The daffodil was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink and then colored using Light and Dark Daffodil Delight and Light and Dark Old Olive Stampin' Blends.
