Say It Beautifully: Introducing the Washes of Gratitude All-Inclusive Kit

There's something special about a handmade thank-you card. It says you took the time — not just to write a note, but to make something. The Washes of Gratitude All-Inclusive Kit makes that experience effortless, pairing soft watercolor backgrounds with delicate die-cut florals so every card looks like it came straight from a designer's studio.

Two Designs, One Beautiful Kit

The kit makes 10 cards total — 5 each of 2 coordinating designs — so you'll always have a thoughtful thank-you on hand when the moment calls for it.

Design One: Soft Sage Blooms

This design leans into a moody, painterly palette of deep and soft greens, with a ghosted floral wash in the background that gives the card real depth. Layered on top is a bouquet of precut greenery and blossoms in crisp white and rich pine, anchored by a cheerful yellow gingham strip. The circular "Thank You" sentiment feels like a wax seal moment, finished off with a bold "So Very Much" tag and a scatter of clear sequins for sparkle.

Design Two: Blush Watercolor Florals

Warmer and softer, this design washes coral and blush pink across the background, with the same ghost-floral silhouette peeking through. The die-cut bouquet here is tinted in soft watercolor pinks and yellows rather than solid color, giving the flowers a hand-painted feel. A simple "thanks" sentiment paired with "For All You Do" makes this one perfect for teachers, coworkers, or anyone who goes above and beyond.

What's Inside the Kit

Everything you need is included — no extra shopping required:

  • Step-by-step instructions

Why We Love It

Precut pieces mean no fussy cutting, and the watercolor backgrounds do the heavy lifting on design — all you have to do is layer, adhere, and add your sequins. Whether you're stocking up for teacher gifts, client thank-yous, or just want a thoughtful card ready to grab at a moment's notice, the Washes of Gratitude Kit turns "thank you" into a small work of art.

Ready to get crafting? The Washes of Gratitude All-Inclusive Kit has everything you need to make ten gorgeous cards in an afternoon.

Stampin Up! Convention Swaps - Part 2

More of the cards we made for swapping at the Stampin' Up! convention called OnStage!

These were all made using the Homemade Sweetness Suite.

The jars were fussy cut from the Homemade Sweetness Designer Series Paper (DSP).
The sweet little doily is the white side of a Lovely Doilies.

The jelly jar on the inside of the card was a partial jar that was on the side of the Homemade Sweetness DSP, no need for it to go to waste, it worked perfectly on the side of the card.
This card has a Vellum layer to help mute that base layer and let the jars of yummy-ness show through.
All the jars lined up in a row on the inside of the card are from the Homemade Sweetness DSP. These partial jars were along the bottom of the DSP, so decided to put them to use.
This cute spoon DSP is also part of the selection in the Homemade Sweetness DSP pack.
The jar of jam and spoon on the inside of the card are ready for you to try a sample of the luscious jam!

Hope you enjoyed my cards for today!

Delightful Wishes Fault Line Thank You

This card was made using the "Fault Line" technique.

Daffodil Delight was used for the card base, which was cut to 9 1/2" x 4 1/4" and scored at 5 1/2".  This will make it so the card base has a shorter front than the back, that is okay, this is what you want.

If you wanted to emboss the front of the card, now is the time to do that.  For this card I used the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder.

To make the fault line, you will need a smaller detail piece of Designer Series Paper, for this card I used the small yellow and brown printed Floral Delight Designer Series Paper (DSP). This should be cut to 2" x 4 1/4".

You will also need another piece of DSP that is a bolder print to fill in "the gap".  For this card I used the floral print with the Pool Party background DSP from the Floral Delight DSP.  This should be cut to 3" x 4 1/4".

Center the 2" x 4 1/4" DSP onto the short card front and gently tear the DSP and the card front horizontally together at the same time.  Be careful the DSP has a tendency to slip, I had to tear a little, re-align the DSP and tear a little more, a couple of times.

Lightly sponge ink on the torn edges of the card front, for this card I sponged it with Daffodil Delight ink.

After the ink has dried, adhere the torn DSP pieces to the card front, leaving a small amount of the torn edge not attached to card so that you can slightly curl up the edges of the torn pieces.  You will want to curl up both the DSP and the cardstock card front. See photo of card above for reference.

Use the 3" x 4 1/4" piece of DSP to fill in "the gap" left from tearing the card front in two by adhering this DSP to the back of the card front. To do this, adhere the bottom edge of the 3 x 4 1/4" piece of DSP to the back of the loose, torn card base front. Next, align this loose card base bottom to the attached card base front make sure your card front now measures 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" and then adhere it in place.

Because the inside of the card looked a little messy to me, I added a just shy of a 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" Daffodil Delight cardstock panel to the inside of the front panel to hide it.

The "Thank You" is from the retired Amazing Thanks dies and has been cut out in Pool Party cardstock.

The flowers on the bottom of the card front, were fussy cut from the Floral Delight DSP.

Glossy Dots Assortment were used for accent.

I hope you enjoyed my cards for today!
