Father's Day - Part 3

Day 3 of the continuation of the Long Term Care Unit Father's Day gift boxes.
For this set of gift boxes, I decided to go with a sweater look!
On this "sweater" I used the Tufted 3D Embossing Folder.

This "sweater" used the Greenery Embossing Folder.

As did this "sweater".  The Suit & Tie dies come with "button" dies, which you can really see how cute and tiny they are on these boxes.  Mini Glue Dots work great for adhering the "buttons" to the shirt.
All of the shirts were made using the Well Suited Designer Series Paper.

Father's Day - Part 2

Continuation of the Father's Day gifts that were made for the Long Term Care Unit.

I had so much fun making these gift boxes.  The buckles on the suspenders were made using Silver Foil, which has been retired by Stampin' Up!  The rest of the shirt is from the Well Suited Designer Series Paper.  The "pants" are Misty Moonlight cardstock and have been stamped with a sentiment from the Handsomely Suited stamp set.

This logger themed shirt turned out so cute.  To make the shirt I stamped the Buffalo Check stamp onto Real Red using Tuxedo Black Memento ink.
The bow ties (there are two in the die set) that are included in the Suit and Ties dies are so cute, especially when they are paired with the coordinating bow tie stamp from the Handsomely Suited stamp set.

I don't know who the gift boxes are going to or what their interests are, so I am hoping that I included enough variety that the staff will be able to match the gift boxes to the recipients interests.

Father’s Day Blog Hop

Welcome to Team Stamp It Groups Father's Day Blog Hop! Whether you hopped onto my Blog from one of my teammates or started with my blog, I'm awfully glad you "hopped" by.

It is always hard for me to come up with masculine or male themed cards, so when the Well Suited Suite Collection came out in the January - June 2021 Mini Catalog I knew I had to have it.

The neat thing about this suite is that it doesn't have to be used for only masculine themed cards, it can also be adapted to feminine cards.
For this blog hop I thought it would be fun to make a man's golf shirt and a suit gift boxes using the Mini Paper Pumpkin boxes filled with Dove Chocolates.
All the products used for these gift boxes were from the Well Suited Suite.  The suite comes with the Well Suited Designer Series Pape(DSP), Handsomely Suited Stamp Set, Suit and Tie Dies, and the Well Suited Twine Combo Pack.
The Suit and Tie Dies include everything you need to make a variety of shirts and jackets.  The dies even include a die that cuts out six little "buttons".

Since these gift boxes are for Father's Day gifts, each of the boxes were stamped with "Have a Happy Father's Day".  This stamp is from the Handsomely Suited Stamp set and actually says "Have a Happy Father's Day Handsome".  Since I do not personally know the recipients of the gift boxes, I decided to not stamp the "Handsome" part of the stamp.  Once I receive the list of names of the recipients, I will substitute their name in that space.
The Mini Paper Pumpkin boxes were the perfect size for the shirt or suit but the inside was a little large for putting the Dove chocolates in.  Each box can hold 20 - 40 chocolates depending on if I placed them in a single layer or made two layers.

Since the gift boxes are going to the Long Term Care Unit of the hospital, I decided to make an insert to place inside of the box to reduce the size.  With the insert the box holds six Dove chocolates single layer or twelve with two layers.

I would love it if you would leave a comment or subscribe to my blog.  As an added incentive, if you leave a comment on my blog, and include your name and #stampitcontest in your comment, your name will be entered into a drawing to win the Hello Dear Friend Kit.
The winner of last month's Team Stamp It Blog Hop was
Marla Lesniak!
Congratulations Marla!
