Thanksgiving / Christmas Blog Hop

Welcome to Team Stamp It Groups Thanksgiving Theme Blog Hop! Whether you hopped onto my Blog from one of my teammates or started with my blog, I'm awfully glad you "hopped" by.

This card was made using the Time of Giving stamp set along with the coordinating Giving Gifts dies. The card was inspired by a sample product I saw on page 61 of the July - December 2021 Mini Catalog.
The Crumb Cake cardstock front panel was randomly stamped with the leaf stamp from the Time of Giving stamp set in Crumb Cake ink.

Pattern Party Host Designer Series Paper (DSP) was used for the next panel.  The leaves were colored with Stampin' Blends and then the panel was adhered onto the card front panel using Stampin' Seal.

The Very Vanilla tag of "falling leaves" was made using the baby wipe technique and the detailed leaf stamp from the Time of Giving stamp set.

The inked baby wipe was then dabbed onto a scrap of Very Vanilla cardstock, making the scrap a variegated autumn color. Once the ink dried, the leaves were cut out using the Giving Gifts dies and then colored with Wink of Stella.   The leaves were attached onto the tag using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Gilded Gems were randomly added to the tag.

The Crumb Cake sentiment tag was stamped with the Thankful stamp from the Time of Giving stamp set and Crumb Cake ink.  A leaf and a Gilded Gem were added for accent.

Pale Papaya 3/8" Open Weave Ribbon was wrapped around the front panel and tied into a bow. A small hole was punched in the center of the falling leaves tag and the sentiment tag. Linen Thread was then wrapped around the bow, threaded through the hole of the two tags and then also tied into a bow.  The front panel was then adhered onto the Crumb Cake card base using Stampin' Seal.

Snow Cool!

The Snowbody Better stamp set is "snow cool"! (Pun intended!)
This card was inspired by the sample card on page 28 of the July - December 2021 Mini Catalog.
The Balmy Blue card base was embossed using the one of the Wintry 3D Embossing folders.

The Balmy Blue front panel was cut to 4 1/8" x 5 3/8", once cut the snowflake stamp from the Snowbody Better stamp set was stamped randomly over the panel using Balmy Blue ink.

Shimmery Crystal Effects was added to the round "snowballs" and Clear Wink of Stella was added to the snowflakes.

The front panel was then cut out using one of the Ornate Layers dies.  The Take your Pick Tool along with the Take your Pick Die Brush Tip work great for getting all the little "dots" removed from around the panel.

The Snowbody Better stamp was stamped onto Shimmery White cardstock using Balmy Blue ink and then quickly, before the ink dried, heat embossed using Clear Embossing Powder.

Once embossed, the snow people were colored using Stampin' Blends and then the image was fussy cut using Stampin' Snips.

The three Wonderful Snowflakes were adhered to the card front panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

The snow people were also adhered onto the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
The sentiment is from the Snowbody Better stamp set and was stamped in VersaMark ink and then heat embossed using White Embossing Powder.  One of the Tasteful Label dies was used to cut out the sentiment.  The sentiment was adhered onto the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

This now completed front panel was adhered onto the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.

Here's a peek at the inside of the card.
