Petal Park - Mother's Day

This card was made using the Petal Park stamp set along with the coordinating Petal Park punch. The Petal Park stamp set is a 2-step stamp set.

The card starts with a Fresh Freesia cardstock card base, followed by retired Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper (DSP).

The outline of the leaf image was stamped directly onto the card front using Old Olive ink. Parakeet Party ink was used as the leaf fill color.

The outline of the flower was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink. The fill color was stamped using Fresh Freesia ink. The center of the flowers was colored using a Mango Melody Stampin' Blends. Once stamped, the flowers were cut out with the coordinating Petal Park punch.

The sentiment is from the retired Celebrating You stamp set and has been stamped in Fresh Freesia ink onto Basic White cardstock.

Fresh Freesia 3/8" Open Weave Ribbon, which is soon to be retired, was wrapped around the card front and then tied into a bow.

2021-2023 In Color Opal Rounds were randomly added to the card front for accent.

The sentiment on the inside of the card is from the Pansy Patch stamp set and has been stamped in Fresh Freesia ink onto a Basic White cardstock panel.

The flowers were colored and punched out as noted above, they were adhered onto the inside of the card using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Nested Friends - Mother's Day

This card was made using the Nested Friends bundle.

The Nested Friends stamp set along with its coordinating dies will be carrying over to the new catalog that is coming out on May 2, however, it will be sold separately and not as a bundle with that added 10% savings. The bundled savings is available until May 1, 2023 or while supplies last.

This card has a Thick Basic White cardstock card base, then a Boho Blue cardstock panel followed by a Basic White cardstock top panel.

Using a Blending Brush, Boho Blue ink was lightly applied to the Basic White cardstock top panel.

The branch was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink and then colored using Pecan Pie Stampin' Blends for the limb and Old Olive Stampin' Blends for the leaves. Once colored the branch was cut out using the coordinating Nested Friends die.

Copper Clay and Pecan Pie cardstock were used to make the nest. The leaves were made using Old Olive cardstock and the leaf dies from the Nested Friends dies.

The Crumb Cake eggs have been stamped with the speckle stamp using Crumb Cake ink and then cut out using the egg die from the Nested Friends dies. After the eggs were cut out, they were colored using Wink of Stella.

A mirrored image of the bird from the Nested Friends stamp set was used to make the bird on the right hand side of the card.

To make the mirrored image, the bird was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto a Silicone Craft Sheet.

Once stamped the image will look like below.

Next place cardstock over the bird image and lightly rub to transfer the image onto the cardstock.

When the cardstock is flipped over the image will be a perfect mirrored image of the stamp and ready for coloring and fussy cutting.

The birds were stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink and then colored using Moody Mauve and Wild Wheat Stampin' Blends. The bird of the left side of the card was cut out using the coordinating Nested Friends die.

The sentiment is from the retired Celebrating You stamp set and has been stamped directly onto the card front in Boho Blue ink.

2023-2025 In Color Dots were added randomly to the card front for accent.

Boho Blue ink, Pecan Pie and Copper Clay cardstock, Pecan Pie, Moody Mauve, Wild Wheat Stampin' Blends along with the 2023-2025 In Color Dots will be available with the release of the new Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog on May 2, 2023.

The inside of the card has a Boho Blue panel followed by a Basic White panel.

The sentiment is from the Pansy Patch stamp set and has been stamped in Boho Blue ink.

The branch has been stamped in Saddle Brown StazOn ink, leaves were colored using Old Olive Stampin' Blends.

Framed Florets - Mother's Day

This card was made using the beautiful Framed Florets dies. The Framed Florets dies were on the Last Chance Products List and may not be available by the time this post gets published.

The card starts with a Balmy Blue cardstock card base, followed by a retired Fitting Florets Designer Series Paper (DSP) top panel that has been cut out using the heart frame from the Framed Florets dies. The top panel was adhered onto the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.

The center of the heart frame was cut out using Basic White cardstock and the center of the largest frame die from the Framed Florets dies. Once cut out, the oval was embossed using the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder and adhered in the middle of the heart frame using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

The sentiment is from the Celebrating You stamp set and was stamped onto Basic White cardstock with Balmy Blue ink then backed with a piece of Balmy Blue cardstock. The sentiment panel was adhered to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.

The flowers were fussy cut using the retired Fitting Florets DSP and Paper Snips.

Gold Adhesive Backed Swirls were randomly added to the oval for accent.

The inside of the card has a Basic White cardstock panel.

The sentiment is from the Pansy Patch stamp set and has been stamped in Balmy Blue ink. The flower in the lower right hand corner has been cut out using the coordinating die from the Framed Florets dies and the Fitting Florets DSP.
