I have been wanting to make a card using the Mason Jar Shaker Dome with coordinating Jar punch and finally got around to doing it. I am so glad I did. These cards turned out gorgeous!
The flower stamp from the Jar of Flowers stamp set was stamped in VersaMark ink onto Basic White cardstock and then heat embossed using Gold Emboss Powder. The tulips were colored using Light and Dark Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Blends. The poppies were colored using Light and Dark Poppy Parade Stampin' Blends. The smaller flowers were colored with Light Highland Heather and Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends. The stems of the flowers were colored with Dark Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends. Once the flowers were colored, they were then fussy cut.
The Basic White front panel is 3" x 5". Using the jar punch, the jar was punch out at the bottom of the panel, a piece of Coastal Cabana ribbon from the Playing with Patterns Ribbon Combo pack was adhered to the top part of the Mason Jar Shaker Dome and then the Mason Jar Shaker Dome was adhered to the backside of the front panel.
The cavity of the Mason Jar was filled almost full with hand sanitizer and a few Flowers for Every Season Gems were sprinkled into the hand sanitizer. Next, a 1 1/2" x 2 1/2" Window Sheet was adhered over the back of the Mason Jar opening to seal in the hand sanitizer.
Using the Jar of Flowers stamp set, the Mason Jar stamp was stamped in Coastal Cabana ink onto a 2" x 3" Basic White cardstock and then the smaller "water" stamp was stamped over this, also in Coastal Cabana ink, which gave the appearance of a half full jar.
The flower stems from the Jar of Flowers stamp set were stamped in Granny Apple Green ink and then colored using Dark Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends. This panel was then adhered to the back of the Mason Jar making sure the stamped image aligned with the Mason Jar. Next, a 3 1/8" x 5 1/8" Flirty Flamingo panel was adhered behind the Mason Jar front panel.
The Mason Jar front panel was adhered onto a Thick Basic White cardstock card base that had a Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper panel adhered onto it.
Once the card was assembled, the flower bouquet was adhered onto the front panel using Stampin' Dimensionals. To finish the card, a tag was made using the Easter Blessing sentiment from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set and Misty Moonlight ink. The tag was adhered onto the Mason Jar using a mini Glue Dot. The little bow was adhered to the sentiment tag using a mini Glue Dot.
The second card was made using Seaside Spray ink for the "water" and the jar has a Night of Navy bow also from the Playing with Patterns Ribbon Combo pack.
