Retirement Wishes

This card was made for a dear friend and co-worker who is retiring today!

Most of the product used on this card has been retired.

Balmy Blue cardstock was used for the card base.

The lady from the In The Moment stamp set was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto Basic White cardstock, then colored using Stampin' Blends. Once the lady was colored, Balmy Blue, Azure Afternoon and Crumb Cake ink were blended onto this panel using a Blending Brush and adhered onto the card base using Stampin' Seal.

For the top panel, a three inch Spotlight on Nature die was used to cut out the circle from Basic White cardstock to expose the lady on the panel behind. The top panel was colored using a Blending Brush along with Balmy Blue, Azure Afternoon and Crumb Cake ink.

The palm trees are from the Beach Day dies and have been cut out using Granny Apple Green and Old Olive cardstock.

The Adirondack chair is from the Seasonal Layers dies and has been cut out using Real Red cardstock.

The sand castle and seashells are from the Beach Day stamp set and have been stamped in Crumb Cake ink.  The sandcastle was cut out using the coordinating Beach Day die.

The sentiment is from the Paradise Palms stamp set and has been stamped in Pecan Pie ink.  The sentiment label was cut out using one of the Deckled Rectangle dies that was adjusted on the cardstock to make it the size I needed and was adhered to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.

Once all the pieces above were added to the card front, it was adhered to the card base using Stampin' Dimensionals.

Fine Sparkle Adhesive Backed Gems were added randomly to the card front for accent.
The sentiment on the inside of the card is a combination of several sentiments I had found online and has been printed in Azure Afternoon onto Basic White cardstock.

The palm tree is from the Paradise Palms stamp set and has been stamped in Mossy Meadow and Pecan Pie ink. Once the palm tree was added, this panel was adhered onto an Azure Afternoon panel and then to the card base.

Charming Duck Pond Hello

This card was made using the Lily Pond Lane Suite.

Pretty in Pink cardstock was used for the card base.

Lily Pond Lane Designer Series Paper (DSP) is the next panel.

The Basic White top panel has been cut out using one of the Charming Duck Pond dies.  Once cut out, the lily pads, grass and cattails were colored using Stampin' Blends.

The lily pad and flowers were cut out using Old Olive and Pretty in Pink cardstock along with the coordinating Charming Duck Pond dies.  The flowers on the lily pads were colored slightly with both Light and Dark Pretty in Pink Stampin' Blends.

The ducks were cut out using the Lily Pond Lane DSP and the coordinating Charming Duck Pond dies.

Once the lily pad and the ducks were adhered to the card front, a piece of Lily Pond Lane DSP was adhered to the back of the front panel using Stampin' Dimensionals, so that the DSP was set back a little bit from the card front.

The Hello Friend sentiment is from the Charming Duck Pond stamp set and has been stamped in Pretty Peacock ink directly onto the front panel.

2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Gems were randomly added to the card front and to a couple of the lily pad flowers.
The inside of the card has a Peach Pie cardstock panel adhered to the card base, followed by a Basic White cardstock panel.

A piece of Lily Pond Lake DSP was added to the bottom of the Basic White cardstock panel.
