This card was made using the Sea Turtle stamp set.
The card starts with a Thick Basic White cardstock card base.
By The Bay Specialty Designer Series Paper(DSP) was used for the top panel and was cut out using one of the Deckled Rectangles dies.
The bubbles were stamped in Coastal Cabana ink using the bubble stamp from the Sea Turtle stamp set.
The fish were stamped in Night of Navy ink using the fish stamp from the Sea Turtle stamp set.
The sea grass was made by coloring Pearlescent Specialty Paper using Shaded Spruce and Mint Macaron Stampin' Blends. Once colored the sea grass was cut out using the Seaside Bay dies.
The sea turtle stamp is a two-step stamp using the same stamp. The first stamp was done with the detailed side of the stamp and Shaded Spruce ink onto Basic White cardstock. For the second stamp, I used Mint Macaron and the solid side or back of the sea turtle stamp. The stamp is a photopolymer stamp so it is fairly easy to line up with the already stamped image. The sea turtles were fussy cut and then adhered onto the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
The sentiment is from the Waves of Inspiration stamp set and has been stamped in Shaded Spruce ink onto Basic White cardstock.
Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels were added to the card front for accent.

The bubbles and the fish on the bottom of the card are from the Sea Turtle stamp set and have been stamped in Coastal Cabana and Night of Navy ink.
