This card is #6 in a series of Mother's Day cards for the ladies in the Long Term Care Unit at the hospital where I work.
This card was CASE'd from a card on Pinterest that was made by Michelle Last.
The Flight and Airy Designer Series Paper (DSP) used to make this card is no longer available.
The card starts with a Thick Basic White cardstock card base, followed by a Lost Lagoon cardstock panel.
The next panel is from the Flight and Airy DSP.
The top Basic White cardstock panel was cut out using one of the Scalloped Contours dies. Once cut out the die was left in place and then colored using Pecan Pie ink and a Blending Brush.
The sentiment is from the soon to be retired Perennial Postage stamp set and has been stamped in VersaMark ink and then heat embossed using
Gold Embossing Powder.
The birds were fussy cut from the Flight and Airy DSP. Once cut out, they were adhered onto the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Festive Pearls, which will soon be retired, were adhered randomly around the card for accent.
Here is a look at the inside of the card.
The sentiment is from the Heartfelt Hexagon stamp set and has been stamped in VersaMark ink and then heat embossed using Gold Embossing Powder.
The bird scene was fussy cut from the same sheet of Flight and Airy DSP and adhered onto the inside of the card using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
I hope you enjoyed my card for today. If you are looking for a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I would love it if you chose me as your demonstrator!
