This card was made using the new Splendid Day Suite.
This suite will be available beginning July 1, 2022 with the launch of the July - December 2022 Mini Catalog.
As a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I have early access to new products usually about one month before they are available to the general public, so we can play with the products and become familiar with them.
This suite includes the Splendid Thoughts stamp set 159668 along with the coordinating Splendid Stems dies 159676. Open Leaf gold colored Trinkets 159960. Soft Sea Foam 3/8" Seam Binding Ribbon 159680 and the gorgeous Splendid Day 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper(DSP).
The Splendid Day DSP has 2 sheets of each of the 6 designs. One side of each sheet is covered entirely in foil and white ink.
This card starts with a Thick Basic White cardstock card base.
The next panel is Calypso Coral cardstock that has been embossed using the Brick and Mortar 3D Embossing Folder. Once the panel was embossed, a Blending Brush was used to rub Whisper White Craft ink over the panel.
Soft Sea Foam 3/8" Seam Binding Ribbon was wrapped around the Calypso Coral panel and tied into a bow. The panel was then adhered onto the card base using Stampin' Dimensionals.
The open leaf stems were cut out using Basic White cardstock and one of the Splendid Stems dies.
The solid leaf was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink using one of the stamps from the Splendid Thoughts stamp set onto Soft Sea Foam cardstock. Once stamped the image was cut out using the coordinating Splendid Stems die.
The eucalyptus is also from the Splendid Thoughts stamp set and has been stamped in Tuxedo Black ink onto Petal Pink cardstock and then cut out using the coordinating Splendid Stems die.
A piece of the Splendid Day DSP was used for the sentiment label and was cut out using one of the Splendid Stems dies. The sentiment label was adhered onto the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
The sentiment is from the Splendid Thoughts stamp set and has been stamped onto Basic White cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento ink. Once stamped it was fussy cut and then adhered onto the sentiment label using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Pearl Basic Jewels were added to the card front for accent.
