Darling Dancer 3rd Birthday Card

This card turned out sooo cute for a little dancer I know who is turning "3" this month that I had to post it!

Most of the products used to make this card were either not Stampin' Up! products or were a retired Stampin' Up! product.

An Embossed Designs Mix and Match Specialty Card was used for the card base.

The sentiment is from the retired Wanted to Say dies.

The "3" was cut out using one of the retired Playful Alphabet dies.

The "sunburst" was made using the retired Blossom punch.

The stamp used for the dancing girl was called Heart Dance and is a Penny Black stamp. The little dancer was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto Basic White cardstock, colored using Stampin' Blends and then cut out using the coordinating die. The dancer was mounted onto the card front using a wobbler.

Clear Faceted Snowflakes were added for accent.
The center of the card has a ballerina framed in an arch from the Everyday Arches Dies. The ballerina twirls and has been adhered to the top and bottom of the arch using clear sewing thread.

The ballerina is from Sparkle and Sass and is called Ballerina Fairy. The ballerina was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto Basic White cardstock, colored using Stampin' Blends and then cut out using the coordinating die.

Small Drusy Adhesive-Backed Embellishments were added to the ballerina's dress to give it some glimmer.

Retired Bee Mine Designer Series Paper (DSP) was used for the background.
On the back pages of the card, retired Bee Mine DSP was used for the background.

The stamp is called Fairy Birthday and is from Penny Black. The fairy was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto Basic White cardstock, colored with Stampin' Blends and then fussy cut. The fairy was adhered to the card using a Wobbler.

Wink of Stella was added to the fairy wings and dress to give them some shimmer.

The sentiment is from the Fairy Birthday stamp set.

Clear Faceted Snowflakes were added for accent.

I hope you liked my card for today!

Zany Zoo Dancers

These cards were also made from the Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper (DSP) and were used as swaps for the Onstage event we attended earlier this month.

All the cards have a Pool Party cardstock card base that has been embossed using the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing folder.  A Flirty Flamingo cardstock backdrop that has been embossed using the Twisted Rope 3D Embossing folder.  Basic Black cardstock curtains with a Lemon Lime Twist tieback on the curtain that have been cut out using the Zany Zoo dies.

The sentiment is from the Zany Zoo stamp set.  The stamp originally said "Something Great To Celebrate--You" but I only wanted to use the
"Celebrate--You".  To do this, I colored the words that I wanted to use with a Pool Party Stampin' Write Marker and then stamped the sentiment onto
Basic White cardstock.

For the card above, the dancing tiger was cut out using the coordinating Zany Zoo die and was adhered to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals. The other two dancers were fussy cut and were adhered with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
The dancing cat(?) was fussy cut and adhered onto the inside of the card using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

As with the card above, the tiger was cut out using the coordinating die from the Zany Zoo dies and adhered to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.

The hippo and the deer were fussy cut and adhered to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
The dancing deer on the inside of the card was fussy cut and adhered to the inside of the card using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

All of the cats (maybe, I am not really sure what kind of animal they are) and the deer were fussy cut for this card.  I am not someone who enjoys fussy cutting, however, surprisingly it was quite easy with the Zoo Crew DSP and took no
time at all.
The inside of the card shown above and the card shown below had the same dancing lamb which was also fussy cut and adhered to the card using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
For this last card, the hippo and the cats(?) were fussy cut and adhered to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals. The tiger was cut out using the coordinating Zany Zoo die and then adhered onto the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.

All of these cards turned out really cute and were very easy to make, even with all of the fussy cutting.

Them Bones #2

This is another fun and easy card to make using the Them Bones Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the Them Bones Suite Collection.

The Them Bones Suite is one of the many suites that are featured in the
September - December 2023 Mini Catalog.

The card starts with a Basic Black card base.

The next layer is a Pumpkin Pie cardstock panel that had been embossed using the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder.

The top panel was cut out from one of the Them Bones DSP sheets.  The sheet of DSP that I used was divided into various sized mini panels that could be cut out and made into multiple items.
You can see another card made from the same sheet of DSP by clicking here.

The two skeletons on the front of the card are from the Bag of Bones stamp set and have been stamped onto Glow-In-The-Dark Specialty Paper using
Tuxedo Black Memento ink.

The coordinating Bag of Bones dies were used to cut the skeletons out.  Once cut out, the skeletons were adhered onto the card front using
Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue.

The top hat, shoes, cane and bow tie were all cut out using the Bag of Bones dies and adhered onto the skeleton using Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue.

A small Rhinestone Basics Jewel was adhered onto the end of the cane.

The sentiment is from the Bag of Bones stamp set and has been stamped directly onto the Them Bones DSP using Tuxedo Black Memento ink.
Here's a look at the card with the lights off!  How fun is that??!!
