This vest was made the same way as the vest I shared yesterday, click here to see the vest. The colors used with this vest were Misty Moonlight and Boho Blue cardstock and ink.
The larger feather on the lure was stamped in Berry Burst ink and brushed with Wink of Stella. The smaller feather was cut out using the Berry Burst end of the Holographic Specialty Paper.
The sentiment and fishing lure have been stamped in Misty Moonlight ink onto Basic White cardstock.
