Summer Fun Blog Hop

Welcome to the Team Stamp It Groups Summer Fun Blog Hop!

Whether you hopped onto my blog from one of my teammates or started with my blog, I'm awfully glad you "hopped" by.
I am not sure what Rhino's have to do with Summer Fun, but these rhino's were just too cute to not do something with.

I had so much fun creating this card and I love that it is also available with coordinating dies.

The Rhino Ready set is an online exclusive and is available in my online store.

The card starts with a Mossy Meadow cardstock card base.

For the panel, Basic White cardstock was colored using a Blending Brush along with Balmy Blue and Mossy Meadow ink and then adhered onto the card base.

The clouds were made using White Craft ink and a Sponge Dauber.

Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper was used for the border around the card.  The center of the border was cut out using one of the Deckled Rectangle Dies. The border was adhered onto the card base using Stampin' Dimensionals.

The tree trunks, from the Rhino Ready dies, were made using Crumb Cake and Early Espresso cardstock and were adhered directly onto the card panel.

The tree "leaves" were cut out using Old Olive and Mossy Meadow cardstock.  Once cut out, a Sponge Dauber was used to apply the coordinating ink color along the edges of the leaves. The leaves were adhered onto the card panel using Stampin' Dimensionals.
The rhino's were colored using Smoky Slate and Ivory Stampin' Blends.

The rhino on the left was adhered directly onto the card panel. The little bird was colored with Tahitian Tide and Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends.

The rhino on the right side was adhered onto the card panel using Stampin' Dimensionals.

The rhino in the middle has Old Olive and Mossy Meadow leaves from the Rhino Ready dies adhered onto the border.  The rhino was then adhered on top
of the leaves.

The sentiment is from the Rhino Ready stamp set and has been stamped in Mossy Meadow ink onto Basic White cardstock.
The inside of the card has a Balmy Blue cardstock panel followed by a Basic White cardstock panel.

The sentiment is from the Rhino Ready stamp set and has been stamped in Mossy Meadow ink.

When this card was made the Rhino Ready stamp set and dies were available in my online store. The products in the online store do not have an end date for their sales period! Some products will be reordered when inventory is low, and others will only be available while supplies last.
