Fall Theme Blog Hop

Welcome to Team Stamp It Groups Fall Theme Blog Hop!

Whether you hopped onto my Blog from one of my teammates or started with my blog, I'm awfully glad you "hopped" by.

Today I am starting a series using the Apple Harvest stamp set and the soon to be released Apple Blossoms dies.

This card starts with a Basic White Thick cardstock base.

The next layer is Cherry Cobbler cardstock followed by Basic White cardstock panel that has been die cut using the Dots and Spots die. The Dots and Spots die is one of the items that has been added to the More to Sale-A-Brate promotion. You can receive the Dots and Spots die for FREE with a qualifying order.

A strip of Celebrate Everything Designer Series Paper (DSP) was adhered off-center onto the top of the Dots and Spots panel. The Celebrate Everything DSP is a host product that is only available with Stampin' Rewards.

The apple branch was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto Basic White cardstock and then colored using Stampin' Blends. Once it was colored, the approximately 2 3/4" smooth edge Laying Circle die was used to cut it out. The approximately 3" scalloped Layering Circle die was used to cut out the Cherry Cobbler panel behind the apple panel.

The sentiment on the front is from the Apple Harvest stamp set and has been stamped in Real Red ink onto Basic White cardstock. A piece of Cherry Cobbler cardstock was adhered onto the back of the sentiment panel.

The apple in the lower right hand corner of the card is also from the Apple Harvest stamp set and has been stamped in Tuxedo Black ink. Once stamped, it was colored using Stampin' Blends.

World Card Making Day

World Card Making Day is all about making beautiful, heartfelt cards. During the event, we’ll walk you through several projects, and you’ll create the cards right along with us. You’ll end up with new project ideas and some stunning new cards!

Get Yeti to Party!

I had so much fun making this card!

It's a tri-fold card that was made using the Yeti to Party, All Bundled Up and A Grand Kid stamp sets.

Currently, the Yeti to Party stamp set #159826 is in the July - December 2022 Stampin' Up! Mini Catalog and available to purchase. However, during the month of September, Stampin' Up! will be offering this stamp set as a bundle with the coordinating Yeti dies #160253. The dies and stamp set will be available to purchase separately or as a bundle. If you would like to purchase this set as the Yeti to Party bundle the order number is #162529. These dies will be available only for the month of September or while supplies last.

There are a total of six new dies that coordinate with stamp sets that are in the 2022 - 2023 Annual Catalog and the July - December 2022 Mini Catalog.

This card starts with a Thick Basic White card base, cut to 11" x 5 1/2". It was scored at 3 5/8" and then turned 180 degrees and scored again at 3 5/8".

Layering Diorama dies were used to make the openings in the center of each panel.

The snowflakes are from the Yeti to Party and the All Bundled Up stamp sets and have been stamped in Bermuda Bay ink.

The sentiments are from the Yeti to Party, the All Bundled Up and the A Grand Kid stamp sets. Some of the sentiments have a piece of Bermuda Bay cardstock placed behind them to help them pop.

The trees were stamped in Evening Evergreen ink onto Old Olive cardstock and then cut out with the coordinating Yeti die.

All of the animals except the Yeti were colored with Stampin' Blends and fussy cut.

The Yeti was stamped onto Basic White cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento ink. Its face was colored using a Light Balmy Blue Stampin' Blends. The scarf was cut out of Basic White cardstock and then colored using a Light Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blends. Both the Yeti and the scarf were cut out using the coordinating Yeti die.

Silver and Gold Designer Series Paper(DSP) was used for the background behind the Yeti. The DSP was colored with Gorgeous Grape, Bermuda Bay, Granny Apple Green and Night of Navy ink using a Blending Brush. The Silver and Gold DSP is one of the Free offerings from the current Sale-A-Bration promotion. This paper is available while supplies last or until August 31, 2022.
