Fall Tiles

This card was inspired by a card I saw on Pinterest that was made by Cathy Weber.

The card starts with an Early Espresso cardstock card base.

The next panel is Cajun Craze cardstock that has been embossed using the Timber 3D Embossing Folder.

The tile panel base is Early Espresso cardstock that has been embossed with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder.  Once embossed, this panel was cut using the approximately 4" x 2 3/4" Deckled Rectangle die.  The panel was cut again using this same die to reduce the size of the panel to a finished size of approximately 4" x 1 3/4".

The tiles were cut using the Celebrate Everything Designer Series Paper(DSP) and the smallest square from the Stylish Shapes dies. The corners of the tiles were rounded using a corner rounder. The tiles were adhered onto the panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Once the tiles were adhered to the panel, the panel was adhered onto the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.

A tiny ribbon of Multipurpose Liquid Glue was added along both long edges of a
3 1/2" strip of Natural Finish 7/8" ribbon. Once the glue was added, the ribbon was adhered to the card front, tucking the left side of the ribbon under the tile panel.

The sentiment is from the Banner Year stamp set, which is a retired stamp set, and has been stamped in Cajun Craze ink onto Basic White cardstock.  The sentiment was cut out using one of the label dies from the Stylish Shapes dies.  The sentiment panel was adhered onto the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
The sentiment on the inside of the card is from the Hello Harvest stamp set and has been stamped using Cajun Craze ink onto a Basic White cardstock panel.

The leaves are from the Hello Harvest stamp set and have been stamped using the Baby Wipe Technique.  With the Baby Wipe Technique, you make a "stamp pad" using drops of re-inker ink and a folded baby wipe.  The colors of re-inkers that I used are listed below in the supply list.

Thanksgiving Wreath

I love the way this card turned out!!  The inspiration for this card came from a card I saw on Pinterest that was made by Bonnie Szwalkiewicz.

The card starts with a Thick Very Vanilla card base.

The Very Vanilla cardstock top panel was cut out using the approximately 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" Stitched Rectangle die.  The top panel was adhered onto the card base using Stampin' Dimensionals.

Crumb Cake Baker's Twine was looped in a couple of circles and adhered to the top panel on the left hand side of the loops with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  The ends of the Baker's Twine were left long and frayed a little bit.

The leaves on the wreath were made using scraps of Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie, Cajun Craze, Rich Razzleberry and Soft Suede cardstock along with the leaf dies from the Flowers of Home dies.  These were adhered onto the wreath in the same location as where the Multipurpose Liquid Glue was added above.

The pumpkin is from the Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper and was fussy cut.  The pumpkin was adhered on top of the location where the Multipurpose Liquid Glue was used above. Stampin' Dimensionals were adhered on each side of the pumpkin to support the area that was not held up by the twine and leaves.

The sentiment is from the Banner Year stamp set and has been stamped in Cajun Craze ink directly onto the top panel of the card.  The Banner Year stamp set is a retired stamp set.
This sentiment on the inside of the card is from the Hello Harvest stamp set and has been stamped in Cajun Craze ink.

I hope you enjoyed my card today.  If you are looking for a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I would love it if you chose me as your demonstrator!  When you place an order in my online store you can earn Stampin’ Rewards that can be used for free and discounted products, or used toward your Starter Kit, if you are interested in becoming a Stampin' Up! demonstrator
