This card was made using the Nests of Winter Suite, which will be available the first week of September in the new September-December 2024 Mini Catalog.
Mossy Meadow cardstock that had been embossed using the new Birch Wood 3D Embossing Folder was used for the card base.
The top panel was made using the border die from the Winterly Tree Tops dies and Basic White cardstock. Once cut out, carefully separate the border die-cut from the inner die-cut. The inner part of the die-cut will be used as a stencil. Center the inner part "stencil" onto a 3 5/8" x 5 1/8" Basic White cardstock top panel, and lightly add Shaded Spruce ink using a Blending Brush around the outer part of the stencil. Turn the stencil 180° and blend again using Mossy Meadow ink and remove stencil. Using a Blending Brush, heavily add Shaded Spruce ink to the outer border die-cut. Once the outer border die-cut is colored, adhere it to the top panel.
The birds are from the Nests of Winter Designer Series Paper (DSP) and have been fussy cut. The birds were adhered to the front panel using Stampin' Dimensionals.
The sentiment is from the Greetings of the Season stamp set, which is available in my online store. The sentiment was stamped in Shaded Spruce ink and then cut out using the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch.
Cherry Cobbler and Pearl Adhesive Backed Berries were added for accent.
