Lily Pond Lane Suite!
What a fun set to play around with!
Pretty Peacock cardstock was used for the card base on this card.
Lily Pond Lane Designer Series Paper (DSP) is the next panel.
The Basic White top panel has been cut out using one of the Charming Duck Pond dies. Once cut out the grass and cattails were colored using Stampin' Blends.
The grass and cattails were cut out from Basic White cardstock one more time using a coordinating die from the Charming Duck Pond dies. Once colored with Stampin' Blends, they were adhered onto the card front a little bit below the grass and cattails that are already on the card front.
The lily pads and flowers were cut out using Pretty Peacock, Old Olive and Pretty in Pink cardstock along with the coordinating Charming Duck Pond dies. The flowers on the lily pads were colored slightly with both Light and Dark Pretty in Pink Stampin' Blends.
Once the lily pads were adhered to the card front, a piece of Lily Pond Lane DSP was adhered to the back of the front panel using Stampin' Dimensionals, so that the DSP was set back a little bit from the card front.
The Happy Birthday sentiment is from the Charming Duck Pond stamp set and has been stamped in Pretty Peacock ink onto Basic White cardstock. A piece of Lily Pond Lake DSP, cut slightly larger that the sentiment panel, was adhered onto the back of the sentiment panel before adding it to the card front.
Adhesive-Backed Dappled Dots were randomly added to the card front.
The sentiment on the inside of the card is from the Charming Duck Pond stamp set and has been stamped in Pretty Peacock ink onto Basic White cardstock.
The frog is also from the Charming Duck Pond stamp set and has been stamped in Mossy Meadow and Old Olive ink. The front of the frog was colored using a Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends.
A piece of Lily Pond Lake DSP was added to the bottom of the inside panel.
