When I heard this months blog hop was going to be a fall theme, my mind immediately thought Back to School. What a fun way to start the new school year with a gift to your child's teacher!

The little "apple" box is the perfect size for some chocolates or jelly belly's.

The "To an A+ Teacher" mini pizza box is filled with small note cards.

The front of the "apple" is made with a worm from the Wiggle Worm Bundle.

The "apple" is made using the new Mini Curvy Keepsakes Box die that is featured in the new 2019 Holiday Catalog and will be available for purchase beginning September 4, 2019.

The heart is from the Mini Curvy Keepsakes box die set and the sentiment is from the Harvest Hellos stamp set.

The apple note card holder was made using a mini pizza box along with the apple punch and stamp set in the Harvest Hellos bundle.

Here is a look at the entire note card set. The apple slice is also from the Harvest Hellos bundle.

The inside of the note card was stamped with either a worm from the Wiggle Worm stamp set or an apple slice from the Harvest Hellos stamp set.

Fall Theme Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stamp It Groups Fall Theme Blog Hop. Whether you started with my blog or "hopped" over from one of my teammate’s blogs, I am happy you stopped by!

Whenever I think of fall my thoughts go to fond memories of school, especially all the excitement that surrounds back to school. So, when I found out the theme for this months blog hop was fall I knew exactly what I had to do...something Back to School!

I can't think of a better way to start the school year off right than by presenting the teacher with a "welcome to the new school year" gift.

This was such a fun project to make and basically pretty easy to make. The base is made from a 12" x 12" sheet of Fresh Florals Designer Series Paper, cut to 7" x 12". The front panel is layered with Lemon Lime Twist, Pool Party and Basic Black cardstock.

The pocket on the left inside flap will hold small note cards and is made using Lemon Lime Twist cardstock. The calendar was downloaded from a calendar website, using "mini calendar" for the search, cut to size, stapled together and adhered to the Lemon Lime Twist pocket.

The notepad is a 4"x 6" Post-it notepad that has been adhered to the card base. The flap on the right hand side is held securely closed by a 3/8" neodymium magnet placed between the "chalk board" and the Pool Party panel on the left card front and a 3/8" neodymium magnet placed underneath the stack of books on the right hand side.
