This beautiful card was made using the Heart die from the
Hooray for Surprises dies.
The card starts with a Real Red cardstock card base, followed by a Basic White panel, then a Bubble Bath top panel that has been embossed using one of the embossing folders from the Basics 3D Embossing Folders.
The Vellum heart was colored using a Light Berry Burst Stampin' Blends and then once dry cut out using the heart die from the Hooray for Surprises dies,
as stated above.
The Real Red cardstock filigree heart in the center of the Vellum heart was cut out using one of the dies from the Adoring Hearts Hybrid Embossing Folder dies.
If you are not familiar with the Hybrid Embossing Folders, they are an embossing folder that is made to be used at the same time as you are using the
coordinating dies. The embossing folders and coordinating dies can also be used separately. On this card, the dies were used separately.
A Real Red ribbon bow was adhered to the bottom of the Vellum heart.
The sentiment is from the Adoring Hearts stamp set and has been stamped onto Basic White cardstock using Real Red ink and then cut out using the coordinating Adoring Hearts Hybrid Embossing Folder dies. Real Red cardstock was added behind the sentiment.
Iridescent Pearls Basic Jewels were added randomly to the card front.
Here's a peek at the inside of the card.

The sentiment, as well as, the hearts around the sentiment are from the Bee My Valentine stamp set and have been stamped in Real Red ink.
The heart in the lower right hand side of the card was made as mentioned above, only this time the Berry Burst Vellum heart was cut out using one of the dies from the Adoring Hearts Hybrid Embossing Folder dies.
