Welcome to the Team Stamp It Groups Father's Day Blog Hop!
Whether you hopped onto my blog from one of my teammates or started with my blog, I'm awfully glad you "hopped" by.
This was such a fun card to make!
This card was made using the Legendary Ride stamp set along with the coordinating dies.
Don't let the looks of the die-cut scare you from trying the Legendary Ride set, it is easy to put together. To help you, included in this post are pictures of which die-cuts to use for each step.
The card starts with a Mossy Meadow cardstock card base.
The next panel is Basic White cardstock that has been stamped with the landscape stamp in Mossy Meadow ink and with the evergreen tree stamp in Old Olive ink from the Grassy Grove stamp set. The sky was colored using Balmy Blue ink and a Blending Brush. This panel was adhered to the card base using Stampin' Seal.
The top panel has been cut out using the one of the Grove dies in Basic Black cardstock. The top panel was adhered to the card using Stampin' Seal.
To make the motorcycle using the Legendary Ride dies, cut out the larger motorcycle silhouette
Adhere Adhesive Sheet to the back of a piece of Silver Foil Sheet and cut out the spoked wheels, you will need two wheels. Remove backing from the Adhesive Sheet and adhere to motorcycle silhouette.
Cut out two tires using Basic Black cardstock and adhere onto the motorcycle. You will adhere these on top of the spoked wheels.
Using Silver Foil Sheet that has been backed with a piece of Adhesive Sheet, cut out the motorcycle frame, remove backing from the Adhesive Sheet and adhere to the motorcycle.
Using cardstock color of your choice, I used Tahitian Tide, add Adhesive Sheet to the back of the cardstock and then cut out the motorcycle seat and fenders. Remove the backing from the Adhesive Sheet and adhere to the motorcycle.
Your motorcycle is now complete and was adhered onto the card front using Black Stampin' Dimensionals.
The sentiment is from the Legendary Ride stamp set and has been stamped in VersaMark ink and then heat embossed using Silver Embossing Powder onto Basic Black cardstock. Once heat embossed the sentiment panel was backed with a piece of Silver Foil Sheet.
The inside of the card has a Basic Black cardstock panel that has been adhered to the card base followed by a Basic White cardstock panel.
The sentiment is from the He's All That stamp set and has been stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink.
The motorcycle image has also been stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink and is from the Legendary Ride stamp set.
