Storybook Gnomes Hot Chocolate Holder

These have got to be the quickest and most fun gifts to make.

The base is a piece of Poppy Parade cardstock.

Both pieces of Designer Series Paper (DSP) are from the Storybook Gnomes DSP.

A 2 1/2" scalloped circle die from the Layering Circles dies was used to cut out the Night of Navy circle.

A 2 1/4" Layering Circle die was used to cut out the Gnome and Moose.  This was adhered onto the Night of Navy circle using Stampin' Seal.

The sentiment from the Peaceful Deer stamp set was stamped in Night of Navy ink onto Pool Party cardstock and then it was cut out using one of the Seasonal Labels dies.

Using the same Seasonal Labels die, a Night of Navy cardstock label was also cut out, cut down the middle on the long side and then adhered onto the back of the Pool Party label so that only a hint of the Night of Navy label showed.

Fine Sparkle Adhesive Backed Gems were adhered onto each end of the sentiment label and on the card front for accent.

A salted caramel spoon was adhered onto the holder by using a paper punch to punch two small holes in the side panel of the holder and then threading 3/16" Iridescent Trim through the holes and tying it into a bow around the spoon.

A packet of hot chocolate and a couple of mini peppermint candy canes finished off the holders.
Here's another look at the Hot Chocolate Holders.

Happy Christmas Star Book

This Star Book was made using the Santa Express Suite and the Storybook Gnomes Designer Series Paper (DSP).

The inspiration for this Star Book came from a video I saw on YouTube
by La Petite Belle.

The front cover is one of the cards from the Santa Express Memories and More card pack.

The book is held shut using Pool Party 3/8" Sheer Ribbon that has been adhered onto the card base and then tied into a bow.
The back cover of the book is also made from one of the cards in the Santa Express Memories and More card pack.
When looking from the top, the book looks like a star.

The front panel on each of the sections has been cut out using the second to the largest Layering Diorama dies.

When the book is opened the Pool Party ribbon is tied in a bow to hold the book open.
Each section uses a panel from the Santa Express Designer Series Paper (DSP) for the background.

For this panel Mr. and Mrs. Claus were fussy cut from the Santa Express DSP and adhered onto the background.
White Glimmer Paper was used for the "ice" and has been cut out using one of the Layering Diorama dies. Once cut out, Pool Party ink was added along the edge using a Stampin' Sponge.

The penguins are from the Santa's Delivery Stamp set and have been stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto Basic White cardstock, then cut out using the coordinating Santa's Train die. Once cut out, the penguins feet and beak were colored using a Dark Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Blends.
The Santa and his train are from the Santa Express DSP and have been cut out using the coordinating Santa's Train dies.
The moose were fussy cut from the Storybook Gnomes DSP.
The forest friends were also fussy cut from the Storybook Gnomes DSP.
The direction sign is from the Santa Express DSP and has been cut out using the coordinating Santa's Train die.

Santa Express Tunnel Card

This tunnel card was made using the Santa Express Suite.

The card was inspired by a card I saw on Pinterest that was made
by Einat Kessler.

The Thick Basic White cardstock front has a piece of Santa Express Designer Series Paper (DSP) adhered to the left side of the card. The sentiment is from the Santa Express Memories and More card pack.

Adhesive-backed Stars were adhered randomly to the card front.

The 3/16" Iridescent Trim bow was adhered onto the corner of the sentiment label with Mini Glue Dots.
The "tunnel" has 4 panels of Thick Basic White Cardstock cut to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and then scored at 1/2" on both long sides.

The rectangle center of each panel was cut out using an Exacto knife.  The first panel was cut 1/4" from the scored edge and from the top and bottom edge.  The second panel is 1/2" from the scored edge and top and bottom edges.  The third panel is 3/4" from the scored edge and the top and bottom edges and the fourth panel is 1".

The scene is from the Santa Express DSP and has been fussy cut.

The little fox is from the Storybook Gnomes DSP and has been fussy cut.
The sentiment on the inside of the card is from the Santa Express
Memories and More card pack.

Adhesive-backed Stars were adhered randomly to the inside of the card.

I hope you enjoyed my card today.
