New Years Blog Hop

Happy New Year!

Secret Sea cardstock was used for the card base, followed by Gold Foil.

The top panel is Secret Sea cardstock that has been heat embossed using the Falling Snow stamp along with WOW! Gold Embossing Powder.

The Secret Sea cardstock balloons were also heat embossed with WOW! Gold Embossing Powder and were cut out using the Bee Builder Punch. The "0" and the "6" balloons have been popped up using Black Stampin' Dimensionals.

Gold Foil, which has been backed with Adhesive Sheet prior to being cut out with the Alphabet A La Mode dies, were used to make the numbers.

The Happy New Year sentiment was cut out using Gold Foil and the Words For The Season dies.

The sentiment on the inside of the card is from the Words For The Season stamp set and has been stamped in Secret Sea ink onto Basic White cardstock.

Happy New Year Thank You

This fun card was made using the Light The Sky Stamp and coordinating dies. At the time of writing this post, the Light The Sky dies were listed as a last chance product and were available for purchase.

The card starts with a Night of Navy cardstock card base, followed by a panel of the retired Holographic Trio Specialty Paper.

The fireworks panel was cut out using the Light The Sky dies along with the retired Stargazer Designer Series Paper.

The sentiment is from the My Small Business stamp set and has been stamped in Craft Whisper White ink and then heat embossed with retired Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder. Once embossed the sentiment was fussy cut and adhered onto the card front.

Rhinestone Basic Jewels were added for accent.

For the inside of the card, the same Holographic Specialty Paper that was used on the front of the card was adhered to the inside card base.

The next panel is Basic White cardstock that has been stamped with the sentiment from the Light The Sky stamp set in Night of Navy ink.

The fireworks was stamped in VersaMark ink and then heat embossed using the retired Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder. Night of Navy ink was rub over the firework using a Blending Brush.
