Brushed with Beauty Mother's Day Card

There’s something so timeless and heartfelt about a handmade Mother’s Day card, and this design beautifully captures that soft, floral elegance.

The star of this card is the Brushed with Beauty Designer Series Paper, which provides a stunning backdrop filled with delicate blooms in warm, welcoming tones. The floral pattern sets the stage perfectly, creating a gentle and loving feel that’s ideal for celebrating Mom.

To add dimension and softness, I incorporated Vellum foliage using the Petals ofMother Beauty Bundle. The vellum layers bring a light, airy touch that allows the patterned paper to peek through while still adding visual interest and texture.

The sentiment, stamped in rich Mossy Meadow ink from the Family Ties stamp set, grounds the design with a bold yet elegant focal point. The combination of script and clean lettering gives it a polished look that stands out beautifully against the floral background.

For a finishing touch, I wrapped a bit of Linen Thread across the card front and added a few Pearls of Beauty embellishments for subtle pops of shine. These small details help tie everything together without overwhelming the design.

This card is a lovely reminder that sometimes the most meaningful creations come from layering soft textures, thoughtful details, and a whole lot of love.
