This card was inspired by a card featured on the front cover of the new January-May 2025 Mini Catalog that goes live on January 7, 2025. It was made using the soon to be released Wildflower Birthday Suite.
Pool Party cardstock was used for the card base.
The floral panel is from the Wildflower Birthday Specialty Designers Series Paper (DSP) #164591. The Wildflower Birthday Specialty DSP includes 10 sheets of double-sided designs and 2 sheets of die-cuts. All the sheets have gold foil accents.
The Pretty in Pink gingham panel is also one of the sheets from the Wildflower Birthday Specialty DSP and was adhered at a slight angle.
The Basic White cardstock pocket was cut out using the Birthday Celebrations dies #164598. A piece of Gold 1 1/2" Open Weave Trim #165715 was adhered to the back of the pocket.
The banner, flowers and leaves adhered to the top of the pocket are from the Wildflower Birthday Specialty DSP die-cut sheet.
The White and Gold tassels were made using a scrap of Basic White cardstock, adding VersaMark ink to the bottom, then heat embossing it with WOW! Gold Embossing Powder. Once embossed, the tassels were cut out using one of the dies from the Birthday Celebration dies.
A White Baker's Twine bow was adhered to the card front using a Mini Glue Dot.
The sentiment is from the Wanted To Say dies and has been cut out using Gold Foil and Basic White cardstock. The Gold Foil cardstock had adhesive sheet applied to the back of the cardstock prior to cutting it out.
Peach Pie Party Dots #164602 were adhered randomly to the card front for accent.
The inside of the card has a Pretty in Pink cardstock panel adhered to the card base followed by a Basic White cardstock panel on top.
The sentiment has been stamped in Pretty in Pink ink using one of the Happiest Day stamps.
The flowers in the lower right corner of the card are a die-cut from the Wildflower Birthday Specialty DSP.
The Birthday Celebrations stamp set #164592 and die set #164598 can be purchased separately, or as a bundle #164599 or with the entire Wildflower Birthday Suite #164604, which includes the Birthday Celebrations stamp and dies, Party Dots, Gold 1 1/2" Open Weave Trim and the Wildflower Birthday Specialty DSP. All of these items will be available for purchase starting on January 7, 2025.
