This quick and easy card was made using the Sweetest Christmas Collection and was inspired by a card featured on page 8 of the July-December 2022
Stampin' Up! Mini Catalog.
The card starts with an Mossy Meadow cardstock card base.
The next panel is Sweetest Christmas Designer Series Paper(DSP).
A Basic White cardstock front panel that has been cut out using one of the dies from the Candy Cane dies was adhered on top of the Sweetest Christmas DSP panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. The die lines up perfectly with the Sweetest Christmas DSP.
The candy cane was cut out using the coordinating Candy Cane die and the Sweetest Christmas DSP and was adhered onto the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
The mistletoe-like leaves are from the Sweet Candy Canes stamp set and have been stamped in Mossy Meadow ink onto Basic White cardstock. Once stamped, they were cut out using the coordinating Candy Cane die.
Sweet Sorbet Adhesive Backed Seasonal Sequins were added to the ends of the mistletoe leaves.
The sentiment is from the Sweet Candy Canes stamp set and has been stamped in Mossy Meadow ink onto one of the pieces that were cut out when I die cut the Basic White front panel above. This sentiment panel was adhered onto the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
The "ribbon" was made using a scrap of the Sweetest Christmas DSP.
The Basic White cardstock panel on the inside of the card was embossed using one of the Stitched With Whimsy dies.
The sentiment and mistletoe-like leaves on the inside of the card are from the Sweet Candy Cane stamp set and have been stamped in Mossy Meadow ink onto Basic White cardstock.
