Autumn Trees Birthday #5

This card was inspired by a card on page 42 of the new September - December 2025 Mini Catalog. The catalog has a diagram on how to cut the Designer Series Paper to make a 6 card One-Sheet Wonder.

The card starts with a Cajun Craze cardstock card base. The next panel is Early Espresso cardstock.

The top panel is from the Autumn Toile Designer Series Paper (DSP)#165882.

The tree is also from the Autumn Toile DSP and has been cut out using one of the Autumn Trees dies #165899. Once cut out, the tree was colored using a Blending Brush along with Mossy Meadow and Pecan Pie ink.

The Autumn Toile DSP is available separately or as part of the Autumn Toile Suite and works great for both Autumn and masculine themed cards or projects.

The sentiment is from the Charming Day stamp set and has been stamped in Cajun Craze ink onto a piece of Cajun Craze cardstock. A strip of Irregular Weave 3/8" Trim #165903 was adhered to the back of the sentiment panel before it was adhered to the card front.

The fox and the bush behind the fox, in the lower left corner of the card front, was fussy cut from the Autumn Toile DSP. The fox was adhered onto the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.

Streaked Dots #165902, which are available separately or as part of the suite, were adhered randomly to the card front.

For the inside of the card, an Early Espresso cardstock panel was added to the card base, followed by a Very Vanilla panel.

The sentiment is from the retired Sunny Sentiments stamp set and has been stamped in Cajun Craze ink.

The fox in the lower right hand corner of the card was fussy cut from the Autumn Toile DSP.

Coolest Grandkid

This cute card was made for my grandson using the Penguin Playmates Designer Series Paper (DSP). The Penguin Playmates DSP is only available until September 30, 2021 and is part of the Sale-A-Bration promotion.

I love using the Layering Diorama dies and am so happy that Stampin' Up! finally offers them in their product line.

The base layer is Basic White cardstock cut to 4 1/4" x 7", scored at 3/4" and

6 1/4". The Penguin Playmates DSP was cut to 4 1/8" x 5 3/8" and adhered onto the base layer between the score lines.

On the next layer, the Basic White cardstock was cut to 4 1/4" x 6", scored at 1/4" and 5 3/4". The Penguin Playmates DSP was cut to 4 1/8" x 5 3/8" and adhered onto the card panel between the two score lines. Once adhered one of the smaller sized Layering Diorama was used to cut out the hole.

The third layer is a repeat of the second layer except you will want to use the next larger Layering Diorama die from the one you chose for the second layer.

The top layer is a repeat of the base layer for dimensions of cutting and scoring the Basic White cardstock. The Penguin Playmates DSP is also cut at the same dimensions as the base layer. You will want to use the next size larger than the last used Layering Diorama dies to cut the hole on this panel. The sentiment on this card is from the Penguin Place and A Grand Kid stamp sets. The Penguin punch matches the penguins on the Penguin Playmates DSP. The rest of the animals were fussy cut.

Once you decide what animals you are going to put on each layer, adhere them to the panel starting with the first panel. Once the panel is decorated, adhere it to the base panel as shown above. Repeat this process with the next panel. For the top panel, adhere the sides to the side of the back panel, see picture above.

Complete the card by adding DSP to the sides, as shown above. This card will lay flat for mailing, but will need additional postage because of the thickness of the card.
