Two-Tone Father's Day Card

The Sunrise Sailing Hybrid Embossing Folder along with Two-Tone Pool Party cardstock were used to make this card.

Two-Tone cardstock allows you to lightly sand the top of the paper and expose the inner white core, giving the beautiful effect that you see with this card. I used a nail buffer block to sand this card.

When you use Two-Tone cardstock, it is like you are getting two colors of cardstock for the price of one. One side of the cardstock is the full-strength color and the other side is a lighter version of the color.

The top panel on this card was adhered to a Lost Lagoon panel and then to a Basic White cardstock card base.

The sentiment is from the Beside Me stamp set and has been stamped in Lost Lagoon ink.
