This cute birthday card was made for a dear friend who loves to knit.
This card was one of the easiest cards I think I have ever made.
The card starts with a Lemon Lime Twist cardstock card base.
The next panel is Flirty Flamingo cardstock.
The top panel is Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper (DSP).
The knitting llama was cut out using the Zoo Crew DSP along with the coordinating Zany Zoo die. I love it when Stampin' Up! makes dies that coordinate with the Designer Series Paper. To me it is so much easier cutting out with a die than having to fussy cut. The knitting llama was adhered onto the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
The sentiment is from the Zany Zoo stamp set and was stamped in Lemon Lime Twist ink onto Basic White cardstock. Once stamped, the sentiment was cut out using one of the Labels Aglow dies.
The Lemon Lime Twist circle behind the sentiment label was cut out using one of the Reach for the Stars dies. The sentiment label was adhered directly onto the card front.
The inside of the card has a Flirty Flamingo cardstock panel.
The next panel is Basic White cardstock. The goat making a cake is from the Zoo Crew DSP and has been fussy cut.
Here's a look at the card and envelope.
The alligator riding the bike was cut out using the Zoo Crew DSP and the coordinating Zany Zoo die. Once cut out, the alligator riding the bike was glued to the front of the envelope using Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue.
