This card is #24 in a series of cards made using the Country Floral Lane Suite. All of the cards in this series will be going to the residents of the Long Term Care Unit at the hospital where I work for Valentines Day.
Thick Basic White cardstock was used for the card base, next is Country Floral Lane Designer Series Paper (DSP) followed by a Country Gingham DSP panel.
The Country Bouquet Punch was used to cut out the Country Floral Lane DSP "heart flowers". The top heart on the left hand side was adhered to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals. The leaves were adhered with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. The stems of the "flowers" are pieces of very thinly cut Mint Macaron cardstock. The stems were adhered using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
1/4" Real Red Ribbon from the Real Red and Burlap Ribbon Combo Pack was tied in a bow and adhered with a Mini Glue Dot on top of the "flower" stems.
The sentiment is from the Love For You stamp set and has been stamped in Balmy Blue ink onto Basic White cardstock. Once stamped, the label was then adhered to a piece of Balmy Blue cardstock that had been cut slightly larger than the sentiment label. This sentiment panel was adhered onto the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Balmy Blue Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins were added for accent.
The sentiment on the inside of the card is from the Country Bouquet stamp set and was stamped in Balmy Blue ink onto a Basic White cardstock panel.
The hearts were stamped in Sweet Sorbet ink and are also from the Country Bouquet stamp set.
This panel was adhered onto a Balmy Blue cardstock panel, which was then adhered onto the inside of the Thick Basic White cardstock card base.
