This card was CASED from a card I saw on Pinterest, unfortunately the link was broken and the artist had not identified themselves on the photo.
The center of the front panel was cut out using the Rectangle Stitched dies and then was adhered to the Basic White card base using Stampin' Dimensionals.
To make the heart balloons, thin pieces of Silver Foil Sheets were cut out using the Stampin' Paper Trimmer and adhered to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue to make the balloon strings. Next, Real Red cardstock was adhered to a piece of Foam Adhesive Sheet and then cut out using the vertical Heart Banner in the Many Hearts die set, painted with Wink of Stella to give them some bling and adhered to the card front.
"Love" was cut out using Silver Foil Sheets and the Always Dies. The tip of the "L" was adhered to the bottom of the "O" and then the edge of the "L" and the "E" were attached to the front panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
