The stamp set used to make this card along with its coordinating dies is called Crafting with You.
This set features the things crafters love: paintbrushes, an easel, knitting needles, yarn, a basket, a sewing machine, even a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine.
Since the bundle had scissors and a sewing machine, I thought it would be fun to make a card that could be given to possibly a quilter. I think I have achieved the look I was going for.
A piece of Masterfully Made Designer Series Paper (DSP) was used to make the "quilt". The "quilt" piece was embossed using the Countryside Blossoms Embossing folder, to give it a more quilty look. The scalloped edge around the "quilt" was cut using Berry Burst cardstock and one of the Scalloped Contours dies. The quilt was adhered to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
The background behind the quilt is a piece of retired By the Bay DSP and has been embossed using the Painted Texture 3D Embossing folder.
Underneath the By the Bay DSP is a piece of Melon Mambo cardstock along with a Berry Burst cardstock card base.
The sewing machine was stamped in Smoky Slate ink onto Basic White cardstock and then cut out with the coordinating die. The spool of thread on the top of the sewing machine was colored using a Berry Burst Stampin' Blends. The sewing machine was adhered onto the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Silver Foil was used to make the scissors, which were cut out using the scissor die from the Crafting with You dies. A silver Festive Pearls was adhered to where the scissor handles meet the scissor blades to make the scissors look real.
The "spools of thread" were cut out using Soft Suede, Berry Burst and Pretty Peacock cardstock and the Crafting with You dies.
The sentiment has been stamped in Berry Burst ink onto Basic White cardstock and then cut out using one of the dies from the Crafting with You dies.
On the inside of the card, the basket has been stamped in Soft Suede ink onto Soft Suede cardstock. Once stamped it was cut out using the coordinating Crafting with You die. The basket was adhered onto the Basic White cardstock panel using Stampin' Dimensionals.
The "spools of thread" were cut out using Soft Suede, Crushed Curry, Pretty Peacock, Berry Burst and Melon Mambo cardstock. The spools of thread were adhered to the card using Mini Glue Dots.
