Thanksgiving Theme Blog Hop

Welcome to the Team Stamp It Groups Thanksgiving Theme Blog Hop!

Whether you hopped onto my blog from one of my teammates or started with my blog, I'm awfully glad you "hopped" by.
I love this technique, it is so fun and easy to make!

The card starts with an Rich Razzleberry cardstock frame that was made using two of the Deckled Rectangles dies.

In the middle of the Rich Razzleberry Deckled frame is a piece of Vellum that has been stamped using the Soft Seedlings stamp set. The leaf was stamped using the Baby Wipe Technique and the stem and seedlings were stamped in Soft Suede ink that was applied using a Sponge Dauber.

Once dry, the leaf and seedlings were stamped again with VersaMark ink and then heat embossed using Clear Embossing Powder. The Stamparatus makes this a simple process.

After the leaf on the front was heat embossed, the Vellum was turned over to the other side and the leaf and seedling stamp from the Soft Seedlings stamp set was stamped randomly over the back side of the Vellum using the Baby Wipe Technique.

The Baby Wipe Technique is a fun way to stamp.  Basically, you make a "stamp pad" using drops of re-inker ink and a folded baby wipe.  The colors of re-inkers that I used are listed below in the supply list.

The Vellum panel was adhered to the backside of the Rich Razzleberry Deckled frame using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Next, narrow pieces of Stampin' Dimensionals were adhered to the edges of the Vellum side of this newly created panel.  Once the Dimensionals were added, the panel was centered and adhered on top of a Basic White panel.

Next is a Blackberry Bliss cardstock panel and then another Basic White cardstock panel. This panel was then adhered onto an Early Espresso card base.

The sentiment is from the Soft Seedlings stamp set and has been stamped in Rich Razzleberry ink directly onto the Vellum panel.
The inside of the card has Blackberry Bliss cardstock panel with a Basic White cardstock panel adhered on top.

Using the same stamp and baby wipe technique as above, the leaf was stamped on the top left corner.  The stamp was then turned around 180 degrees and the seedlings were stamped in the lower right corner of the Basic White panel.

I hope you enjoyed looking at my card today, if you leave a comment on my blog, and include your name and #stampitcontest in your comment, your name will be entered into a drawing to win the Love Santa Tag Kit.
Congratulations to last months winner....
