Valentine's Day Blog Hop

Welcome to Team Stamp It Groups Valentines Day Theme Blog Hop! Whether you hopped onto my Blog from one of my teammates or started with my blog, I'm awfully glad you "hopped" by.

Well here we are it's almost Valentines Day and I have the sweetest Valentine card with matching box for you!

Aren't these just fun??!!

The card is made using Magenta Madness, Basic Black and Whisper White cardstock and True Love Designer Series Paper (DSP). The heart was stamped onto Whisper White cardstock with Magenta Madness ink using the Always In My Heart stamp set. Using the Stamparatus for this step made it really easy to make sure the ink had great overall coverage. Once stamped, the heart was cut out using the Floral Heart dies and the Stampin' Cut and Emboss Machine. The heart was adhered to the card front using Stampin' dimensionals. The card has Matte Black Dots for accents. The Always in my Heart stamp set with the coordinating Floral Heart dies are available as part of the Love You Always Suite or as a bundle or can be purchased separately.

The inside of the card has a "kiss" from the Heart & Kisses stamp set that has been stamped in Magenta Madness ink. The inside of the card has plenty of room for you to write your message or stamp a sentiment.

The box is wrapped in True Love DSP that was cut at 9" x 4" and then scored at 1 5/8", 4 3/8", 6" and 8 3/4". The sentiments are from the Hearts & Kisses stamp set and have been stamped in Real Red ink.

The "Kiss" is also from the Hearts & Kisses stamp set. The lips were stamped onto a scrap of Pearlescent Specialty Paper, to give them a little bit of a sheen, using Magenta Madness ink and then punched out using the coordinating Kiss punch.

The Hearts & Kisses stamp set with the coordinating Kiss punch are available as a bundle or can be purchased separately. Real Red Rhinestone were used as accents.

As you can see the Love You Always Treat box is very generous in size and could easily hold quite a bit of Valentine candy or other gifts.
