Mickey Mouse Birthday Card

This cute Mickey Mouse Birthday card was so fun to make and was inspired by a card made by Janet Wakeland.  I do have to admit, I was a little concerned about making this card with the Swirly Scribbles thinlit dies, but the Big Shot Die Brush made it easy.  Just a couple of rolls over the thinlit die with the Big Shot Die Brush and the Swirly Scribbles just popped out of the die.  Besides using the new Stampin' Up! Swirly Scribbles thinlit dies, I also used the Thoughtful Banners Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Duet Banner Punch, which are sold individually or as a cost saving bundle. The washi tape used is retired. The other thing that I was a little unsure of was how I was going to adhere the Swirly Scribbles to the card front and not get adhesive or glue all over the place.  Well, not to worry, if you do get a little adhesive or glue where you didn't want it, just use your Stampin' Up! Adhesive remover and it will "erase" the extra adhesive off your card quick and easily.
