Just Dreamin' Stamps: Delightful Wishes Shutter Birthday Card

This shutter card was made using the gorgeous Floral Delight Designer Series Paper (DSP). This card was inspired by a card found on Pinterest made by Tricia's Stamping Creations.

Old Olive cardstock was used for the card base. The next layer is a panel from the Floral Delight DSP.

A Basic White cardstock square was cut out using the large Stylish Shapes square die and adhered to the center of the card front.

The flower in the center of the panel was cut out using the medium Stylish Shapes square and Floral Delight DSP. This panel was adhered onto the center panel using Stampin' Dimensionals.

Next, 1/4" x 5" strips were cut out using one of the more solid color sheets of the Floral Delight DSP. These strips were then adhered onto the card front around the center panel and trimmed to fit.

The "wishing" die-cut was cut out using the Delightful Wishes dies along with Daffodil Delight and Old Olive cardstock.

The sentiment is from the Delightful Wishes stamp set and has been stamped onto Basic White cardstock using Daffodil Delight ink. The sentiment was cut out using one of the Delightful Wishes dies. The sentiment has been backed with a Old Olive cardstock panel that had been cut out using the same Delightful Wishes die. Once cut out, the Old Olive panel was cut horizontally and adhered onto the sentiment panel.

Opal Rounds were adhered to the card front for accent.

The inside of the card has an Old Olive panel that was adhered to the Old Olive card base followed by a Basic White cardstock panel.

The sentiment on the inside of the card is from the retired Sunny Sentiments stamp set.

The flower in the lower right hand corner of the card was fussy cut from the Floral Delight DSP.
