Poinsettia Gift Bag - day 10

This is a quick and easy gift bag made with the Poinsettia Designer Series Paper that looks absolutely elegant.
This gift bag was CASED from a bag that Sam Hammond of Pootles.com had made and is called a Wrap Over box.  Click here for the link to the post.
The poinsettia flower is cut out from the Plush Poinsettia Specialty paper using the Poinsettia dies and the Stampin' Cut and Emboss machine.  A Beaded Pearl was placed in the center of the flower.  The Garden Green pine boughs were cut out using the Beautiful Boughs dies.  The Gold Foil accent was cut out from the Poinsettia dies.
Thank you for joining me over the last ten days, I hope you have been inspired by some of the ideas I have shared.

Snow Wonder Box - day 8

Isn't this just about the cutest snowman you have ever seen??  Snowmen are one of my favorites in the winter and at Christmas time.

This box was made using the new Paper Pumpkin box from Stampin' Up!
The snowman is from the Snow Wonder Stamp set that is sold separately or as a bundle along with the Snow Time coordinating dies.  The Crumb Cake cardstock band was randomly stamped with snowflakes using Whisper White ink.
The snow covered trees were stamped one time onto the Crumb Cake cardstock using Mossy Meadow ink. The trees were also stamped onto Whisper White cardstock using Mossy Meadow ink and cut out using the coordinating Snow Time dies and the Stampin' Cut and Emboss machine.  The "snow" on these trees were colored with Wink of Stella. The snowman was stamped onto Whisper White cardstock using Smoky Slate ink, colored using Stampin' Blends and then cut out using the coordinating Snow Time dies and the Stampin' Cut and Emboss machine.  The snowman was colored with Wink of Stella to make the snow look like it was glistening.  The trees were adhered onto the Crumb Cake band using Multipurpose liquid glue.  The snowman was adhered using Stampin' Dimensionals.  Adhesive backed snowflakes were used as accents.

Freezin' Fun Twist Card - day 7

When I saw the Freezin' Fun stamp set with its coordinating Freezin' Friends dies, my thoughts immediately went to winter, snow ball fights and Christmas.

I knew I had to have it.

The card was made using a Night of Navy card base.  The Snowflake Splendor Designer Series Paper front panel was embossed using the Evergreen Forest 3D embossing folder.  The sentiment on the card front is from the For Unto Us stamp set and was stamped in Night of Navy ink.  The penguin and snowballs were stamped onto Whisper White cardstock in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink, colored using Stampin' Blends and then cut out with the Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine using the coordinating Freezin' Friends dies.
What makes this card really fun is that it is a twist card.  If you have never made a twist card before, it only looks complicated, they are actually quite easy to make.  Watch my video for complete instructions on how to make a twist card.
Thanks for stopping by and visiting my blog, stop back by tomorrow for day 8 of my 10-day Christmas series.
